Fitting a Food Truck Into a Wedding Timeline
Weddings have the tightest schedules of anything we cater, and the venue usually has rules of its own. Here's what to sort out early.
Where we sit in the running order
Most couples book us as a late-night station rather than the main meal — the truck or dessert station opens once dinner service has finished and the dancing has started. Cocktail hour is the other common slot. Our service window runs up to two hours, we arrive 60–90 minutes beforehand to set up, and teardown takes 30–45 minutes after.
Check with your venue first
Two things to confirm before booking: whether the venue permits outside catering, and whether there is a clear access lane of roughly 30 feet for the truck. We carry our own generator, propane and equipment, so we don't need power, water or kitchen access — which is often what makes a venue say yes.
Lead time
2–3 months for weddings, and more through June and July. A deposit confirms your date with the balance due on or before the day. Cancellations more than 14 days out receive a full deposit refund.
Guest dietary needs
Halal options are available across all menus, gluten-free on most items, and vegetarian and vegan options are standard. Nut-free is accommodated on request. Send us the requirements with your final numbers and we'll confirm exactly which items work.
